Year 10 and 13 Business students were invited by The Rio Ferdinand Foundation to The Jockey Club at Epsom Racecourse to take part in a Women in Leadership event. Students took part in various workshops from communications, content creating and understanding the role of HR. In addition to this the girls got to hear from women in leadership roles how the race course is run.

The girls did a great job of taking part in the workshops to make advertising material for an employee music festival and sharing their ideas on content creation.
