Over the coming weeks, this section will provide you with updated information on the best ways to communicate with staff at school. In particular we’ll be focusing on how to get academic information, what to do if you have pastoral queries and how to raise queries if you haven’t received the communication you’d hoped for.

Our long-term aim is to use our Class Charts App for the vast majority of information sharing so that emails are saved for regular notices such as this newsletter and texts saved for urgent information. As a large organisation this will take time, trialling of new methods and collective accountability. Along the journey we hope that you will find each step beneficial in supporting your child’s education.
