Toni Malone first started working in education in 1996 and after a couple of career breaks in Media and Financial Research, has been teaching in South London for the last 20 years.  Toni is a native South Londoner and has children at two local schools, including Charter.  Toni is a firm believer in the transformative powers of education and aims to positively impact student outcomes and bring a staff perspective to the school's strategic management.
