Thecla is a corporate communications and culture change specialist and has helped a great number of organisations communicate with their customers, colleagues and stakeholders. In her previous career she was a TV producer at the BBC, making programmes for the Horizon science documentary series. 

She has been a governor since 2016 joining the governing body because of her pride in the school and the role it plays in the local community, and her desire to help it maintain its high standards and commitment to excellence for all.
