Lloyd, a south London local, earned a BA in Economics and Econometrics from Manchester University and an MSc in Organisational Behaviour from Birkbeck College, University of London.

He started his working life in financial services recruitment and Human Resources, he moved into professional services where he has overseen the full employee lifecycle bringing inclusion and diversity into everyday HR practice.  

Having been a student from a diverse disadvantaged background,  Lloyd is keen to support the school and its amazing staff, in particular in its efforts to close the attainment gap between children from different socioeconomic backgrounds.
