Helen is a graduate of Oxford University and holds an MBA from London Business School. She is a Chartered Accountant, qualifying with Ernst & Young before moving into their Corporate Finance department. Since then, she has taken on various roles, building a versatile commercial skillset.
Helen lives in Herne Hill and Norfolk and is the mother of three teenage children, the oldest of which has just left Charter North and is heading off to university.
As a school governor, Helen aims to leverage her financial expertise to contribute meaningfully to discussions surrounding the school’s financial health. Helen is committed to supporting the teachers, who consistently deliver exceptional results with a diverse student body, despite increasing budgetary pressures. Her goal is to help the school navigate these financial challenges while maintaining its high standards of excellence.
